What categories do they actually carry, and what grades/purities? Do they have batch-specific COAs or third-party reports for each lot, or just one blanket COA? Prices per vial or per kit? BRL or something else? And are Brazilian taxes or import fees baked in, because that changes the math for me. Shipping: domestic Brazil versus international lab addresses — which carrier, how long, cold-chain or ambient, tracking or not? Where are they actually based, and can they show a real business registration or a lab-facing contact? Also curious how the listings get updated when stock, purity specs, or COA paperwork changes. Anyone dealt with them?

Prices look almost too good. Is that because of local sourcing, bulk discounts, or because the website was made in 2009 and never updated?

What payment methods do they accept? Card, crypto, Pix? And do they reship if customs snags it, or is that a thoughts-and-prayers policy?

Anyone know if prices include shipping to the EU? Also, are the COAs third-party or in-house? In-house means about as much as a gym selfie.
