Anyone here actually order from Primal Pharma (primal-pharma.com)? Trying to figure out if they're legit before I go further, and I've got a list of stuff I can't find clear answers on. Do they post batch-specific COAs from an accredited third-party lab — lot numbers, test dates, actual links you can click and verify? Or is it just one generic PDF floating around? Prices: how current are they, and is shipping, tax, payment fees, or a minimum order tacked on after? Shipping side — which carriers, how's it packaged, do you get tracking, what delivery window, and what do they say about reships or lost packages? Where are they based, and is it domestic, international, or both? If international, what customs/import stuff do they actually disclose? And are things in stock or made to order — what handling time before it ships? If you've ordered, drop your experience.

What's the typical turnaround from order to tracking? And are COAs emailed automatically or do you have to ask? Those two details decide a lot for me.

Honestly, same stalled-out boat here—tracking protein and steps like a hawk and the scale won’t budge. The thing I can’t find anywhere is payment method. Are they card-friendly or crypto/Zelle-only? That’s usually my deciding factor. And do packs need a signature? My mail setup is a disaster, so a surprise signature requirement is a dealbreaker. If anyone’s actually ordered, I’d love those two answers.

Maintenance here, so I only restock every few months and shelf life matters more to me than a few bucks. Does their label show an actual beyond-use date, or just a lot number? I keep a little spreadsheet of order date → opened date → discard date, and it’s saved me from using stuff that sat too long. Also, do they ship plain box or with an insulated pouch? Tbh i track weekly averages instead of daily numbers, mostly because the daily noise makes me a little obsessive. A concrete question I haven’t seen answered: does Primal’s checkout show a real business address, phone number, or registered company name, or is it just an email form? That is usually my first filter before I trust a new shop. And do they send a plain order confirmation with batch details, or only a marketing-style receipt? I would rather know before I spend time comparing prices.
