Two kids, dinner is a moving target. I used to graze standing at the counter while packing lunches.
For 14 weeks I've kept a divided bin in the fridge: cut peppers, string cheese, yogurt tubes, and one sweet thing. When the 4pm chaos hits, I grab from that bin instead of the kids' snack drawer.
Down 31 lbs, but the real win is I'm not eating their granola bars in secret at 9pm. I still track protein loosely.
Anyone else have a decoy bin that works better than willpower?
