My insurance initially denied Mounjaro. Had to appeal with a letter from my endo showing A1C history and previous medication failures. Eventually approved. Anyone else had to fight for coverage? What worked for you?

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 10mg. The nausea peaked around week 21 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
