Are fentanyl screens on peptide lab reports becoming routine?

Tbh i've been reading certificates of analysis more carefully since I moved into maintenance. My weekly average has held within a pound of 181 for eleven weeks, which has given me a little room to think about the supplies I keep around. Lately I keep seeing fentanyl screening listed alongside purity and endotoxin results on peptide lab reports. I am not asking for sources or dosing advice. I am trying to understand whether this is simply good harm reduction or whether it is becoming an expected standard. For those of you who read the paperwork carefully, does a fentanyl screen change your comfort level? And if a report omits it, do you treat that as neutral or as a yellow flag? I would appreciate hearing how others weigh this.
