Lab-talk ground rules — data first, feelings second

Lab thread ground rules: post results, say who tested (or anonymize), give the batch/lot if you can, and keep interpretation separate from data.

"Here's my COA" beats "I feel like it's underdosed" every single time. And remember — a test result is a snapshot, not a guarantee; no lab report makes anything medically safe.

COA or it didn't happen. This is the way.

Underrated point: keep interpretation separate from data. Bias is real.
