i’ve been lurking for a while and finally bought one nexaph kit—just a single kit, six vials, because I’m not ready to stockpile. It landed yesterday with the cold pack still cool, and now I’m stuck on the 3P testing question.
I see group tests and pooling threads, but I’m not in a big server, and sending one vial out feels like a lot of hassle and cash for one order. My rough math says testing could add $100+ and a week of waiting, which is real money on top of what I already spent.
For those who’ve been here longer: did you test a one-off kit, or did you only start testing once you were buying more regularly? Was the peace of mind actually worth it, or did you wish you’d skipped it?
And if you skipped, what made that call feel okay for you?
