Dorm budget brain keeps asking if GH peptides beat actual HGH

i'm 23, down 18 lb on semaglutide since February, and my grocery budget is $45/week. Most nights I'm stretching a can of tuna, rice from the dining hall, and frozen broccoli into something that looks sad but hits 40g protein. So of course my brain picks now to obsess over CJC/Ipamorelin vs. HGH. I keep reading people say one is more optimal, but optimal for what? Sleep? Recovery? Keeping muscle while appetite is basically a rumor? I'm not asking how to run it or where to get it, just real-world vibes: did either feel worth it next to a GLP-1, or did it just make your wallet lighter and your sleep weird? I'd love to hear from actual people, not a peptide sermon.

For what it's worth, girl, same brain—but I had to close the peptide tabs and look at my actual week. Two kids, chaotic dinners: if I don’t keep a snack drawer (Greek yogurt, string cheese, edamame cups, protein shake singles), I’m scavenging carbs at 9pm. With $45/week, I’d track protein per dollar and sleep hours for two weeks before comparing those two. What outcome are you actually chasing—fat loss stalled, recovery, skin? At 23 on a GLP-1, my guess is food volume and sleep are the real bottleneck. Also, tuna + dining hall rice + frozen broccoli is solid; a rotisserie chicken stretched across 3 meals helped me more than any rabbit hole.
