i’m three hotels deep this week and the hotel gym TV is stuck on a fitness channel where two guys keep name-dropping IGF-1 LR3 and HGH like they’re competing brands of pre-workout. I’m not using either. I’m just trying to hit 120g protein from grocery-store rotisserie chicken and not let the 10pm lobby cookies run my life. It’s funny: both acronyms get described as recovery magic, but the conversation sounds like people arguing about two different map apps while I’m just trying to find the interstate. My actual stack is sleep, walking laps around the conference center, and a foam roller that has seen things. Anyone else get weirdly immune to acronym debates after a long travel week?

Hotel TV is NPC dialogue. The actual boss fight is decision fatigue after 9pm. I buy two rotisserie chickens, shred them at the counter, portion into sandwich bags, and stack the mini-fridge so 120g is passive. Cookies get the same rule as any variable: if I’m under protein, they’re not food; if I’m over, they’re dessert. What’s your backup protein when the grocery store runs out?
