NAD+ plus MOTS-c: any actual lab data, or just stack hype?

I’ve been taking NAD+ for about six weeks and reading MOTS-c threads for a month, but I haven’t combined them yet. Before I spend more, I’m trying to separate subjective energy from measurable stuff. For those who’ve run both at the same time: did you track anything beyond mood? I’m curious about resting HR, sleep efficiency, fasting glucose, CRP, or workout recovery over 4–8 weeks. My own n=1: NAD+ alone didn’t move my morning HR (stayed 54–56), sleep was maybe 10 minutes longer, and I couldn’t tell if afternoon energy was real or just better caffeine timing. MOTS-c reports sound interesting but mostly anecdotal. If you’ve stacked them, what changed, what didn’t, and what convinced you it wasn’t just the GLP-1 or training doing the work? Sources welcome—human data preferred.
