Nasal reconstruction recovery has me wary of the peptide noise

I’m 11 weeks into a plateau and honestly it’s making me impatient. Down 58 lb since last spring, but the scale hasn’t moved since the first week of August. Now I’ve got major nasal reconstructive surgery scheduled in six weeks, and I’m a notoriously slow healer — a small graft site from an old hand surgery stayed angry for almost three weeks. The peptide threads about healing keep popping up and part of me wants a magic answer. The rest of me remembers this is my face, not a lab experiment. I’m not looking for dosing or a protocol. I’m wondering if anyone here has gone through a bigger surgery while on a GLP-1: did your surgeon change anything, did your appetite bounce back weird, did you track protein/sleep like a hawk? I’m trying to keep my head down, hit my protein, and not let the plateau talk me into something dumb. But man, the waiting and the slow-healing anxiety are a lot.
