The peptide charts I keep ignoring in favor of basics

I’m 11 months into a recomp, lifting four days a week, protein around 170g, sleep 7.5h most nights. Scale down 26 lb, waist down 3.5 inches, and my squat and row numbers have basically held. Every few days someone drops a peptide chart with routes and cycles and labs, and I read it like a supplement ad from high school. Not saying there’s nothing there—I just know what actually moved my numbers: consistent lifting, protein, sleep, and my PCP’s standard labs. The one-pagers skip all the unsexy parts. What non-scale markers do you track when the scale gets weird?
