Three years lifting, and I still don't get four-peptide stacks

Been lifting 4x/week for a little over three years, 41 years old, and I've spent the last 14 weeks actually tracking everything — 190g protein, 7.5 hrs sleep, two 20-minute zone 2 sessions bolted onto lifting days. Scale is down 18 lbs but waist dropped 3 inches and my shoulders are holding, so the recomp is real. The slow boring stuff worked.

Which is why I keep side-eyeing threads where someone's running four different peptides at once. Maybe each one does something. But stacking several unknowns means you have no idea what's actually moving the needle, and if something goes sideways you can't tell which one did it.

I'm not against people experimenting on themselves. I just don't follow the logic of adding a fourth variable when sleep and protein are still sloppy for most of the people asking.

Anyone here run just one of these solo for 8+ weeks and get something measurable out of it? Curious what your bloodwork or DEXA showed.

Empty nester here too. My recomp finally moved when I stopped chasing PRs and started treating protein like a recipe problem: Greek yogurt at breakfast, rotisserie chicken for lunches, edamame in the freezer. The 20-minute zone 2 after lifting was a game changer for appetite—did yours make you hungrier or calmer? I also measure waist Sunday morning before coffee, same spot. Down 14 lbs, 2.5 inches. Curious whether your zone 2 is walking or bike?
