My reply-timestamp log suggests this place has three rush hours

I keep a tab in my spreadsheet called “forum clock.” Mildly embarrassing, but it’s just timestamps of threads I actually read, not anything medical. I’m in GMT+2, and over the last 61 days I’ve logged 184 replies across maybe 20 threads. My trendline shows three local peaks: around 07:05, 14:20, and 23:10. The late one is mostly North American posts, the midday one looks UK/EU, and the early one I can’t pin down yet.

I expected this place to be overwhelmingly one region. It isn’t. That changes how I read advice, because someone’s “morning” is my afternoon, and someone’s “late-night craving” is my dinner. I’m curious where everyone is posting from, and whether you have a usual hour or just show up when the house goes quiet.
