Doing a cost-per-protein audit on my support purchases

My grocery bill jumped $68 last month, so I finally built a cost-per-gram-of-protein sheet. The GLP-1 co-pay is stable; the supporting cast is not.

Current lineup: $32 for an electrolyte tub, $1.89 per protein shake, $14 for a rotisserie chicken that covers four lunches. By my math, the chicken is carrying the whole operation and the electrolyte tub is a rounding error with branding.

I’m not questioning the main tool. I’m trying to spot when a support purchase stops being support and becomes a subscription I forgot to cancel.

How do you decide which accessory stays in the stack?
