Down 80 and the scale is taking a pause

I’m about 80 pounds down since last winter, and for the past six weeks the scale has been hovering in the same two-pound range. I’m not gaining, but I also woke up this week weirdly frustrated and caught myself wanting to slash portions instead of looking at habits.

So I’m trying the boring route: protein at breakfast, a 20-minute walk after dinner, and two strength sessions. Small win — I finally started sitting down for my afternoon snack instead of grazing while unpacking groceries.

For those who’ve been through a long flat stretch: what did you change first, and what did you leave alone? I’d love a few accountability ideas that don’t involve obsessing over the number.
