Hi everyone, I hope it's alright to post something this small. I started four days ago and I'm still learning what's normal. I think I expected the food thoughts to just switch off, but last night after dinner I opened the cupboard without even thinking — I wasn't hungry, my hand just knew the routine. I closed it again, which felt good, but the wanting was still humming in the background. I'm 41 and dessert has been my little reward at the end of the day for years, so maybe this is habit more than hunger. Does that pull loosen up over the first month, or is it more about learning to sit with it? Not expecting miracles, just curious how it went for others early on. Thanks for having me — reading here has already helped a lot.
Four days in, and dessert is still calling my name
