I stopped weighing daily and my motivation got weirdly steadier

Tbh i keep a 12-column sheet: daily weight, 7-day median, 28-day slope, sleep, steps, water, protein, waist, resting HR, mood 1-5, notes, and whether I actually took my meds. The scale can be flat for 9 days and I don't care as long as the 28-day slope stays around -0.35 lb/week. Last month it slipped to -0.08 and I felt zero motivation. Instead of chasing a new stack or a drastic reset, I looked at the columns that moved first. Sleep was down 42 min/night and steps were down about 1,800/day. I fixed those two for 14 days, nothing heroic, and the slope came back to -0.31. That did more for my motivation than any before/after photo. Mildly contrarian take: motivation is usually just a clean trendline plus decent sleep. What non-scale column actually predicts your good stretches?
