I’m fighting the pantry after dinner again

i’ve been at this since last spring, down 58 lbs. The last ten weeks my weight has bounced inside a 2-lb window. Not zero movement, but close enough to make me want to throw my food log at the wall. The weird part: daytime appetite is still manageable — protein shake, chicken salad, whatever. Then 8 p.m. hits and I become a person who eats standing up: a few crackers while unloading the dishwasher, cold leftovers, a spoon of peanut butter, repeat. I’m not stomach-hungry. I’m tired/bored/reward-seeking hungry. I’ve tried brushing my teeth early, tea, going to bed, but the urge just waits for me. I know the answer is probably structure and not another rule to snap, but I’m worn down. Anyone else had a stretch where the habit came back louder than the hunger? What actually helped you interrupt the evening autopilot without turning every night into a willpower cage match?
