I started walking after dinner in March. At first I turned around at the mailbox because my knees felt noisy.
Last night I made it to the second streetlight and back without checking the time. It's maybe 1.2 miles total, which is not huge, but two months ago I was winded at half that.
I've also noticed I sleep through the night more often when I go. I'm trying to keep the bar low on purpose: shoes by the door, one podcast episode, no pace goal.
For those who added movement without burning out, what kept it from feeling like another chore?
