Reta at maintenance: the part nobody films

i’m about 14 weeks into reta and finally in maintenance, which is a strange place to land. Goal was 155; I’ve been sitting between 153 and 156 since early spring. Losing had a clear scoreboard. Maintenance is mostly boring choices: protein with breakfast, a 20-minute walk after dinner, lifting twice a week, and logging weight without letting it vote on my mood. The first month I kept bracing for the old appetite to come roaring back. It didn’t. Some nights I still get a little snack static, but it’s more like a radio in another room. I’m not white-knuckling it, and I’m not celebrating every day either. For folks who’ve been maintaining a while: what’s the one habit you refuse to drop, even when life gets messy?
