Early adopter here, been on retta for 2 months. Starting weight 271, now 164. Dose: 7.5mg. Side effects: mild nausea, some injection site itching. The weight loss is faster than tirz was for me. Sharing my weekly data in case it helps others. Anyone else on retta long-term?

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 12.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 25 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
Which telehealth provider are you using? I've been thinking about switching. My current one is slow to respond.
I've been at 2.5mg for 24 months now. The jump from 2.5 to 2.5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
