Appetite went quiet for a month, then surprised me

I’ve been on a GLP-1 since last fall and tracked appetite, protein, water, and steps in a simple note. Around month five, the food-noise dampening I’d gotten used to seemed to wear off: I was hungry at 3 p.m., thinking about seconds after dinner, and my weekly average intake crept up maybe 250–300 calories. I didn’t change meds, sleep, or workouts. Three weeks later, without any deliberate reset, that background chatter dropped again. Same prescription, same Thursday routine. I’m not claiming a mechanism, and I’m not looking for dosing advice — I’m curious whether others have seen a stretch where the effect goes flat and then returns. If so, did anything in your notes (cycle timing, stress, protein, sleep) line up with it, or was it just noise?
