Been using compounded sema from a telehealth provider for 7 months. Down 21 lbs. Cost is 349/month vs 799 for name brand. Quality seems fine, no unusual side effects. But I do wonder about the long-term consistency. Anyone been on compounded for over a year?

Which telehealth provider are you using? I've been thinking about switching. My current one is slow to respond.
My A1C went from 8.1 to 6.0 in 6 months on tirz. My endo was shocked. The blood sugar control is honestly more important than the weight loss for me.
Same here! I had the exact same experience at 7.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 20 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 10, 2.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.
