My period arrived early two months running

I keep a small paper log for both things now: cycle dates on the left, weekly weight average on the right. Before starting this medication my cycles ran a dependable twenty-nine days.

The past two months they have arrived at day twenty-five, and the cramps that used to cancel a Saturday morning are noticeably gentler. My appetite in the days beforehand is different too.

I still feel a pull toward salty food, but it stays a preference rather than a plan. What caught my attention was the scale: a pound and a half appeared overnight, sat there for four days, then left without any change on my part.

My weekly average barely moved, which is exactly why I lean on it instead of single mornings. I am not alarmed, just curious.

Has anyone else seen their cycle come earlier, or would you attribute something like this to age rather than the medication? I would rather compare notes than guess.
