Can't do injections, doctor prescribed Rybelsus. On it for 8 months. Down 52 lbs. It works but the absorption rules are annoying — empty stomach, wait 30 min before eating. Anyone figured out a good routine? Does it work as well as the injection?

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 10mg. The nausea peaked around week 3 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.

I've been at 7.5mg for 14 months now. The jump from 2.5 to 7.5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
