Scale's sprinting but my battery keeps calling in sick

Tbh ten weeks in and I'm down 28 pounds, which genuinely feels unreal. The weird part: my energy didn't get the memo. I used to bulldoze through a full day of meetings and a workout; now I'm yawning through a 2pm call and my legs feel like wet sand halfway up a stair set. Sleep is solid (7.5-ish hours), protein is hovering around 110g, water bottle is basically surgically attached.

So the loss is loud and the energy is quiet. Anyone else find the crash showed up after the scale started moving fast? What did your afternoons look like once you were a couple months in?
