Tbh 3.8 lb stands between me and a scale number that starts with 1. I’ve got two kids and a kitchen that turns into a hostage negotiation at 5:30, so my plan is boring: keep my snack drawer stocked with cheese sticks and turkey bites, eat my own plate before I clean theirs, and drink water while I pack lunches. No new tricks. I’m just tired of hovering. Did anyone else get weirdly nervous right before a big digit change? I keep half-expecting the scale to laugh at me.
