A Berlin lab printout made my spreadsheet look wrong

the spreadsheet has 419 daily weigh-ins in it now, and I log at 6:05 a.m. before coffee because I know I'll forget otherwise. I track a 7-day rolling mean and a 28-day slope, mostly because I don't trust any single reading.

For nine weeks that slope sat at -0.31 lb/week. Flat enough that I caught myself skipping entries, which is exactly how a dataset quietly turns into a diary.

Then my sister, six months into a work stint in Berlin, sent a photo of her clinic's lab printout. Same tests, different units, decimals in places mine never has them. I burned an hour converting mmol/L into mg/dL in a scratch tab and noticed my own sheet has the same flaw — every column is unit-less, so two years of data are stitched together with nothing labeling what shifted underneath.

Weight's at 233.4 this morning, down from 261.2. I believe the direction, not the precision.

Anyone else label units per column, or is that just me being extra?
