A Netflix scene about Zepbound made me open my spreadsheet

I was halfway through a Netflix drama when a character brought up Zepbound in a scene about affording it. I laughed, then did the thing I always do: opened my tracking tab. Last three fills for me: $74.20, $91.40, and $68.15 after coupon, with a $6.80 round-trip transit cost. Mail delivery went 2 days, 5 days, then 3 days. Local stock was worse: two of four chain locations had it, one quoted a 10-day backlog, and the other said check back Monday. Seeing TV turn that exact logistics mess into a plot point was weirdly validating. Does anyone else keep a price-and-stock tab, or do you just start calling around once the refill window gets close?
