Flat scale week and I didn’t rearrange my whole day

I weigh every morning, mostly because the data keeps me calmer than guessing. This week the daily number bounced around a two-pound range — travel food, sore legs, not enough sleep — and the seven-day trend barely moved.

Normally that’s when I start editing meals, adding extra walks, and treating the scale like a verdict.

Instead I logged it, drank my water, ate my normal lunch, and went to bed on time. The real non-scale victory was the four quiet days afterward: no doom-scrolling, no punishing workout, no deciding I’d ruined everything. The trend line is still going where it was going, just slower than my feelings wanted.

I’m trying to let noise be noise. For the other daily weighers here, what’s your go-to move when the scale gets wobbly but the trend is fine?
