Fourteen pounds down in a month is making me nervous

I work nights. Sleep from 7am to about 2pm. Eat in a window between 4pm and midnight, sometimes later if shift runs long.

Four weeks on this and the scale says 14 down. I expected slow. Got fast.

Stuff I've noticed: standing up from the couch takes an extra second. Hands cold at 3am. Some days I get maybe 70g of protein in, and that's a good day.

I'm not trying to brag about speed. I want to keep muscle and not feel wrecked halfway through a shift. My next appointment is three weeks out and I'm thinking about moving it up.

Anyone else hit a stretch where the drop outran your appetite for actual food? Not looking for a lecture, just curious what you ate when nothing sounded good.
