I stopped screenshotting the chart and started annotating it

Three years in, I’ve watched a dozen chart-sharing threads come and go. Used to be I’d open my tracker every Sunday, export whatever graph looked least chaotic, and post it like the line was the whole story.

These days I keep the chart, but I add notes: travel weeks, a cold, the two weeks I was on antibiotics, one stretch of night shifts, a birthday dinner that showed up as water for four days. The squiggles make way more sense with context.

My last 11 weekly averages have stayed inside a 2.1 lb band, which used to freak me out and now reads as maintenance-ish stability while I work on strength. The chart isn’t a verdict; it’s a weather log.

Curious what other long-timers annotae on theirs—do you mark sleep, stress, sodium, or just let the dots speak?
