I stopped weighing during a flat stretch and learned something

i’ve been here about three years, mostly reading and occasionally posting in the maintenance check-ins. A while back I hit a stretch where the scale sat between 181 and 184 for almost ten weeks. I was already 58 pounds lighter, sleeping better, and off my old afternoon snack routine, but the lack of movement still got under my skin. Instead of changing everything, I picked one thing: I moved my weigh-in to Sunday morning and stopped looking at it on weekdays. I also added a 15-minute walk after dinner, mostly to help my sleep. The scale didn’t drop right away, but by week six the trend started easing down again. The bigger shift was realizing a flat stretch is often just data, not a verdict. Anyone else use a quiet scale stretch as a prompt to tweak one habit rather than reinvent the whole plan?
