I’m in month seven on this med, down 41 lb, but the last six weeks have been a flat 183-185. I weigh every morning, and I can feel it poisoning my mood before breakfast.
So I’m thinking of switching my main metric: once-a-week waist and upper-arm measurements, plus a monthly progress photo, and only stepping on the scale on Fridays. I’m not trying to hie from it.
I just need a metric that doesn’t swing on salt and sleep. Has anyone here traded daily weigh-ins for a tape measure?
Did it actually reduce the noise, or did you just start obsessing over millimeters?
