My tirzepatide delivery sat in a metal mailbox in 95°F heat for about five hours before I got home. Vials were warm to the touch. Everything I've read says lyophilized peptide is more forgiving than reconstituted, but heat is heat. Do I reconstitute and use it, or is this a loss? Anyone had a package cook and still had it work fine?

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 12.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 19 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
