Mild queasiness and the question of cause

I’m three months into a GLP-1 and still can’t decide whether my occasional queasiness is the medication, my own eating pace, or just life. In the trials, GI stuff is usually most noticeable around dose changes and often settles; I’m not a data point, so I’m trying to log rather than narrate.

Last Tuesday I had a protein shake too fast before a 9am meeting and spent 20 minutes debating whether to leave.

I’ve had four similar moments in 11 days, always when I eat quickly or skip lunch and then eat late. Not severe, no vomiting, but it makes me cautious. I started noting time, food, sleep, and whether I was anxious.

So far the pattern looks more behavioral than random. For those who track symptoms: do you judge by intensity that day, or by whether it’s trending up over two weeks?
