Daily weigher here, and I mostly live by the 7-day average. Yesterday's office potluck was the first time in months I genuinely surprised myself: plate one, plate two, plus two desserts.
I felt like I'd found the loophole in the whole appetite-suppression thing. This morning: +1.9 lb. The trend line? Up 0.15. I logged it, drank water, ate my normal breakfast, and left it alone.
Sodium, carbs, and a lot of food volume can do that. It's noise, not a verdict. I'm not going to punish myself with a tiny day or a panic cardio session. Back to normal rhythm today.
Anyone else have a meal where the old appetite showed up just to say hi?
