My boring filter for all the new peptide threads

I’ve been around this board long enough to remember when every other post was about a different compound. What I’ve learned is that the first-week reviews are almost useless to me. The updates worth reading are the ones someone posts after a few months, when the shine wears off and they can say whether sleep, appetite, or recovery actually changed. For my own reference, I keep a tiny note with dates and how I feel — not protocols — and I’ve held a 39-pound loss steady for just over a year. When a new peptide thread blows up, I read, take what’s useful, and try not to rebuild my whole routine around somebody else’s early enthusiasm. Does anyone else have a personal rule for when to pay attention versus when to scroll past?

I’m with you. I keep a dumb spreadsheet: weekly avg weight, sleep hours + wakeups, appetite 1–5 before dinner, and gym recovery 1–5. I ignore days 1–14 completey — too much water/GI noise. The only thing that survived a 90-day filter for me was appetite consistency after dinner and resting HR. Price/shipping tracking is fun, but it never told me if something actually worked. Question for the long-haulers: at 3 months, what single metric changed enough that you’d notice it without the spreadsheet? I’m trying to build a better filter for these threads.
