My lifting log got flatter before my bodyweight trend did

I run a 4-day upper/lower split, row twice a week, and keep a spreadsheet with 7-day rolling averages for bodyweight, waist, and estimated 1RMs. Since starting a GLP-1 eight months ago, the scale dropped 31.4 lb and my waist is down 4.7 inches, but my squat and deadlift stalled for six weeks while bench kept creeping. I was ready to blame the drug for killing my drive, but my trendline showed sleep at 6h12m and protein averaging 112g. I bumped protein to 150g and added a real rest day; the next two weeks bodyweight was flat, yet my top sets felt less miserable. Not a miracle, just less under-recovered. For those training hard on a GLP-1: do you track performance separately from weight, or does the scale drown it out?
