I’m 22 weeks in, down 9.2 lb total. That’s 0.42 lb/week. Not the headline I imagined when I started.
My 7-day rolling average drops in ugly little stair steps: 0.1, 0.0, 0.2, then a 1.1 whoosh, then flat again for six days. I log protein, steps, and sleep — averaging 118 g, 7.4k steps, and 6h50.
My monthly slope is negative in 5 of 6 months, so I’m calling that progress even when a single weigh-in looks like betrayal. The contrarian part of me thinks most people quit over noise, not a true stall.
Anyone else watching the 4-week trendline instead of Saturday morning’s number?
