Scale bumped up 2.6 pounds, and I'm not spiraling

Daily weigher on a GLP-1 here. My scale popped up 2.6 lb between Friday and Monday, which used to send me into a tailspin. I checked my seven-day average: up 0.8. My twenty-one-day direction: still down. Nothing else changed except a salty dinner, a long walk that left my legs sore, and two nights of rough sleep. So I logged it, drank my usual water, and went to bed. Tuesday it was down 1.4. I'm not saying bumps are fun; they're just data. The weekly average is doing the actual talking, and mine is still speaking in a lower register. Anyone else get a short upward blip that makes your brain louder than your numbers?
