Scale is holding, but my resting heart rate is not

I’m about nine months in and down 64 lbs. For the last eight weeks the scale has basically held within a pound or two. Old me would have spiraled. Instead I checked my wearable trend: resting HR went from 79 to 68 over the same stretch, and I’m waking up less puffy. I also notice I can read on the floor with my kid without my back shouting after ten minutes. I’m trying to treat this as a holding pattern, not a failure. For those who track body signals: what’s one non-scale sign you trust when the weight stalls?
