The plateau exposed my evening grazing routine

I’m in month 11 on a GLP-1, down 63 lbs, and the scale has held within 2 lbs since early June. I kept blaming the medication or my workouts.

Then I actually looked at my nights. I was eating “just a bite” while cleaning the kitchen: a few crackers, crusts off my kid’s sandwich, a spoon of peanut butter, then another.

Not binges, not even satisfying. Just autopilot. I started putting a sticky note on the pantry that says “sit or skip,” which sounds dumb but it interrupts the reach.

Five days in, my evening hunger cues are clearer and my mornings are less puffy. The scale still hasn’t moved much, but I feel less like I’m fighting a mystery.

Has anyone else found a habit hiding inside a long flat stretch?
