Started tirz 1 months ago at 312 lbs, now at 226. The appetite suppression kicked in around week 2 and has been consistent since. Side effects: some nausea the day after injection, occasional constipation, but manageable. Currently on 12.5mg and thinking about going up to 15mg. Anyone else at this stage? Curious if the jump to 15 makes a big difference.
