Going up from 10mg to 15mg next week. Nervous about the side effects ramping up. For those who've done this jump, how was it? Did you notice a big difference in appetite suppression? Did side effects get worse before getting better? My doctor said to expect some nausea but I'd rather hear from people who've actually done it.
