Tbh i’ve been jotting two lines in my phone for the last 34 weeks: when I first feel real hunger, and how dinner sits about an hour later. Most days it’s mundane. Tonight I ate maybe two-thirds of my usual bowl, paused, and realized I was satisfied instead of stuffed.
My measurements haven’t moved much this week, but that quieter signal felt worth noticing. I’m wary of making one good evening into a rule, though.
For folks who track body cues, which one do you trust when the measurements are quiet—fullness, energy, sleep, or something else?
