What my weekly averages look like after pausing treatment

It has been about five months since my last dose, and I wanted to share a quiet maintenance update. I weigh most mornings, but I only act on the Sunday seven-day average. Since early December, that average has stayed inside a three-pound range: 164.3 at the high end and 161.6 at the low. Some weeks I eat more than I intend; some weeks I walk less. The trendline still looks remarkably level, which has been both reassuring and oddly unmooring.

What has helped is keeping a few routines small: protein with breakfast, a water bottle on my desk, and a short walk after lunch. Hunger feels more present than it did on treatment, but it is not an emergency. I am learning that maintenance is less a victory lap and more a series of ordinary choices.

For those who have paused treatment or are further out, what signal tells you it is time to tighten things up before the weekly average shifts? I would be grateful for your gentle wisdom.
