When the prescription ends, what keeps the portions honest?

I'm 23 pounds down over nine months, and the part I can't stop thinking about is the after. My job means I'm around food all day — trays of muffins, tasting spoons, the 'just try it' bites that add up. I've gotten better at packing my own lunch and eating it before the lunch rush, but I know that's easier while the medication is doing its quiet work. For those who've tapered off or are close: what does maintenance actually look like in your week? Do you keep a rough plate rule, a standing walk, a weekly check-in? For what it's worth, hi, I’m brand new—only week one—so I’m mostly reading and taking notes. The after scares me too. Something concrete I’m trying: a “taste tally” in my phone. Every random bite at work gets one tap, no judgment, just so the muffin tray stops being invisible. It’s already showing me the little bites are more habit than hunger. My nervous question: have you tried any practice days, where you eat your packed lunch and then just sit with the urge to graze for 10 minutes? I’d love to know what that felt like for you. Thanks for postig this—it’s exactly what I’m worried about.
