Extension: good product, rough two-week wait

A friend asked me about Extension (extension.health), so I’m poking around while comparing suppliers. Their listed catalog and COAs are online, but I still want the exact current catalog: item names, forms, sizes, purity specs, stock status, and whether the site’s actually kept updated. For COAs, are they per batch or lot, who’s the third-party lab, what methods, testing date, and does the COA batch number match what ships? Where do they ship from, which carriers/transit times, packaging, and any temp, light, or hazmat issues? Is listed pricing final, or do taxes, shipping, payment fees, or minimums hit? Are bulk/research quantities quoted separately? And where are they legally based and registered? If anyone’s ordered recently, chime in.

What's the typical shipping window for domestic vs international? Do you provide tracking, and is cold-chain an option or just standard mail? Trying to plan ahead before ordering.

Any current COAs available? Specifically batch numbers, purity, and third-party lab info. If those aren't posted, that's a pass for me until they are.

Price list still the same as the last thread, or did the extension change things? Also, do bulk discounts apply? Just comparing options before I commit.

Following. Not ready to pull the trigger yet, but curious how recent orders have gone. Keep the updates coming, folks.

If shipping is 'discreet,' does that mean plain box and no labels? Asking for a friend who has nosy neighbors and a very judgmental mail carrier.

I've seen vendors come and go. What's the reship policy if something gets lost or seized? That's usually the make-or-break detail for me.

Do you accept crypto only, or cards too? And is there a minimum order? My wallet is ready; my patience is not.

COAs look clean on the site, but are they recent? Sometimes those PDFs are older than my gym playlist. A date stamp would help.

late-night lurker here. one thing i’d add: check whether checkout actually agrees with the catalog stock status. i’ve seen sites show “in stock” then flip to backorder after payment, which makes that two-week wait feel way longer. if you’re comparing, screenshot the item page and any lot number on the box, then keep a dumb spreadsheet like i

One thing I’d check: whether the COA lot # actually matches the lot printed on the product page at checkout. I got burned once by a clean COA for a different batch. Also see if the catalog has a “last updated” date; some sites leave old stock pages up forever. If you’re already maintaining, it’s less about the first order and more about whether reorders land on the same batch. Does Extension show batch-specific inventory, or just a generic “in stock”?

i’d ask whether the catalog page has a visible “last updated” date and if sold-out sizes vanish or just show “notify me.” That’s how I judge if a site’s actually maintained vs pretty PDFs. Also, for the two-week wait: ask if that’s processing or shipping. I can handle a delay, but I need to know when to reorder so I’m not stuck with a sad snack drawer and two hangry kids. Did anyone get a real ETA vs the generic banner?

hey, just catching up while my coffee’s still hot. One thing I haven’t seen brought up: do the product pages
